Yes! We’re a pet friendly cleaning service. That being said, we do recommend keeping your wonderful pets in a separate area during the clean, this will help us stay focused on getting an excellent job done and from chasing the vacuum.

We understand things happen last second. We accept cancellations or rescheduling of appointments outside of the 48 hour window of your cleaning service appointment.
Our team works incredibly hard to ensure each client is taken care of. This requires carefully planning the days ahead and unfortunately last minute cancellations or last minute rescheduling causes a big, negative, ripple effect throughout our current day and days ahead. In an effort to keep ALL customers happy, you will be charged a fee for last minute cancellations / rescheduling:
- Cancellations and reschedules that are done in less than 48 hours of the service appointment will result in a $50 cancelation fee charge

From the moment you book your cleaning to the day it is completed, Another One Sweeps the Dust’s staff are in direct contact with you from start to finish. Our customer support team ensures everything goes super on the day of your cleaning, and are easily accessible if you ever have any questions or concerns. If anything goes wrong, we will be in direct contact with you.

DAY OF CLEANING
Our cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer us to use your own cleaning supplies and tools, we can accommodate that as well.
After the cleaning is performed, you will be receiving a survey asking you to rate our service and a phone call within 24 hours. If you’re not happy, please send us photos of the unclean areas and we will offer a re-clean, future discount, or partial refund (depending on the situation). Your happiness is our #1 priority.
- The most asked question out there! It’s no surprise! But, unfortunately there’s no set time limit. We like to take our time and pride ourselves on the quality of our work – so while we would be able to give you a baseline average number, we don’t want to be held to that.
- We want the work to speak for itself. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of work required to clean, it will vary greatly. If you find us still scrubbing baseboards at 10pm, don’t hesitate to ask us to leave.
We apologize, our team is amazing and can almost all cleaning tasks, but these are the ones we cannot perform:
- Unclogging drains and pipes
- Small appliance repair
- Fire and water damage restoration
- Wood scratch or damage repair
- Defrosting and cleaning freezers
- Interior Dishwasher cleaning
- Dish, pot and pan washing
- Shower curtain cleaning
- Aerator cleaning
- Degreasing stovetop hood
BILLING AND PAYMENT
When you BOOK ONLINE, you’ll provide us with a valid credit card #, which we’ll then place a hold on the day before the cleaning. We will not process your payment until AFTER the cleaning is complete.
Our ONLINE BOOKING system is 100% safe and our payment processing system is fully encrypted. We’ve completed thousands of successful transactions with hundreds of satisfied customers. We do not charge you until after the cleaning is completed.
Our cancellation and reschedule policy is 48 hours before the date of the cleaning, otherwise our cancellation fee of $50 will be apply.
